5INS – Refund & Return Policy
At 5INS, every piece is crafted with intention, care, and quality. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept refunds or returns unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required.

Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for size adjustments, and only if the order has not shipped yet.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you will receive an email notification with the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
