Processing & Production Times

Pre-Made Items:
Typically ships within 3–5 business days after an order is placed.

Pre-Order Items:
Require 3–5 weeks for production before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Details

United States Orders:
All U.S. orders include free shipping. Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders:
International shipping rates are $25. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing and local carriers.

  • All timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude holidays.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.

Returns & Order Issues

All sales are final, as each 5INS piece is crafted specifically for you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
